Major crimes could find itself in an interesting situation after someone doesn't get a subpoena, leaving everyone on the squad wondering who and why that person didn't get the subpoena to question what might happen next. Brenda springs into investigative action when a body is found at a home-construction site. Meanwhile, Brenda considers turning to a lawyer, but the pricey retainer fee means Fritz will likely have to sacrifice certain luxuries.
