The Secret Life of the American Teenager Season 4 Episode 8 Dancing with the Stars, Airing: August 1, 2011 8:00 PM on ABC Family. The series goes an additional layer deep by dealing with the issue of teen pregnancy and the fallout among the teens and their friends. One model student and daughter succumbs to the charms of the school Romeo and finds herself knocked up; another good girl, a popular, ambitious virgin, doesn't realize her boyfriend's stamina for abstinence is not as strong as hers; and one good boy determined to become a bad boy finds that pursuing the object of his affection only brings out the good in him

Previous story: An emotional and depressed Adrian refuses to leave the house or allow visitors, leaving friends and family uncertain how to help her grieve. After a few months of frequent sleepovers, Ricky invites Amy to move in permanently with their son, but in light of Ben and Adrian's recent drama, she feels guilty about the positive direction that her own life is taking. Meanwhile, Tom is in an unusual new relationship that concerns his mother; Ashley prepares to travel across the country with her boyfriend; and on top of some obvious family difficulties, Leo has unexpected drama with a longtime female employee.

Betty applies her own brand of comfort for Adrian's mourning. Ashley decides to go ahead with her cross-country road trip. Ashley forges ahead with her trip. Elsewhere, Betty reaches out to Adrian and attempts to get her to talk about her emotional state. Grace goes away on a medical mission trip, but Griffin's boyfriend Peter suspects that she may not have been faithful to Grant while she was gone. Bunny substitutes for Camille in Leo's office, with interesting results. And Ben explores his feelings for Adrian. Grace returns to town with a secret. Meanwhile, Ben shuts down in front of Adrian, but he tells everyone else how he feels about her.

Amy and Ricky disagree over whether or not John needs to be taken to the ER, which results in further arguments over their future together. Elsewhere, Grace meets a new guy named Daniel and is now juggling him, Grant, and Jack without a second thought. Ben's father encourages him to work on his marriage, while Adrian tries to trick Ben into telling her how he really feels.

As Ben continues to examine his options, he and Adrian have a huge blowout. Adrian finally gathers the courage to take all of the baby's things out of the would-be nursery. George puts conditions on Ashley's return home. Meanwhile, Amy fears her son is ill. Adrian comes to Ben's defense as a bunch of students begin to blame him for their daughter's death. Kathleen has an interview at a college. Grace gets pranked by Ricky. As the senior dance approaches, Jack is desperate to find a date while Amy pressures Ricky to invite her to accompany him.

Now Episode: With the help of Amy, Ricky tries to get in to college. Grace is having trouble fitting in too Daniel's college life. Grace adjusts to dating a college man. Meanwhile, Amy tries to help Ricky get accepted into college. As the senior dance approaches, Jack is desperate to find a date while Amy pressures Ricky to invite her to accompany him.

Previous Episode: Anya's 18th birthday is nigh, paging Dr. Chris! Is he ready to dive in with his newly legal paramour, or is Anya deluded and maybe a little desperate? Now that KC is holding up his end of the baby bargain little better, he's subject to all the same pressure and boredom, and feelings of trapped-ness that Jenna's been dealing with. Is there any reasonable escape hatch he can jump through? Drew is dealing with the legal ramifications of his and Bianca's run-in with Vince. But does he have more than just court dates to worry about? And Connor is having the same feelings and urges any teenage guy would, but his Asperger's keeps him from having the social skills for typical boy-girl interactions. He's creeping Wesley's new girlfriend out.

Drew and Bianca are still plenty into each other, but there's also still plenty in their way. Besides the fact that his mom hates her, there's the problem of him being constantly terrified that Vince and the other thugs lurk behind every corner, ready to exact their revenge. Drew's life was so much simpler before Bianca was in it. Would it be simpler if she were gone? Owen is behaving how you might think Owen would behave if he had a juicy, embarrassing secret to hold over Anya's head. His none-too-subtle status update hints about what happened between them at her birthday party have everyone gossiping, including her best friends. Ouch. And Wesley finds out about Connor's new, disturbing hobby. He tells Connor it has to stop.

Dave and Adam are vying for a spot to host a manly man's show on the Degrassi airwaves and it turns out that their verbal sparring actually makes them an awesome team. But is Dave ready to share the air with a transgender guy? Clare is ready for a semester devoid of boy drama, and she has her eyes set on a new goal: getting onto the Degrassi newspaper staff. How hard could it be? She's a gifted writer, an excellent student, and an overachiever. But are those the qualities that newspaper editor and fellow overachiever, Katie is looking for? And it's starting to hit Fiona that she's facing a Holly-J-less Degrassi next year. She'll be left behind in a sea of unfamiliar Grade 11s, and let's face it making new friends has never been Fi's strong suit. Can she find happiness and belonging.

Dave is expecting high-fives over his on-air outburst about Adam. But that's not how things are shaking out Simpson is livid and the LGBT club has started a petition to have Dave taken off the air. Feeling censored and persecuted just for having an opinion, will Dave ever understand things from another perspective? Or will the backlash drive him further into intolerance? Not one to take failure lightly, Clare refuses to accept that Katie doesn't think she'd be a good addition to the Degrassi Daily newspaper. She's determined to convince Katie that she's reliable, a hard worker, and drama-free, but is that whole drama-free thing really true? And as Fiona cranks up her pursuit of Charlie, she comes face to face with the fact that the two of them live in different worlds. If Charlie still thinks of Fi as a high-schooler, but Fi doesn't feel like she fits in with her fellow high-schoolers. Eli's got professional help handling the pressure of writing the school play, but there are no miracles.

And Now Story is : Riley considers his relationship with Zane. Anya has trouble dealing with school and relationships, Anya's guy problems, school woes, and bad decisions come home to roost. Can one more bad decision help her escape.

Casualty Season 25 Episode 46 - When You're Smiling. Air date:7/30/2011 on BBC One (UK). Casualty is the world's longest running and most successful medical drama series on television. It depicts the private and working lives of the patients, doctors, nurses and all others attending a small but frantically busy accident and emergency department of the large Holby General hospital. By mixing episodic plots with longer, character-based stories it ensures that we get to know the characters as people with lives, not just doctors or nurses.

Prev Episode: With Tess still reeling following the loss of young patient Daniel, she ends up taking a stand against hospital bureaucracy. A new nurse called Linda joins the team. A traumatised Mads ends up coming face to face with the person who attacked her. There ends up being a baptism of fire for Linda, the Emergency Department' new clinical nurse manager. Dylan has to enter the ED for the first time following Polly's death.

Adam ends up going to extreme lengths to prove that his patients come first. Jeff and Dixie end up clashing over a troubled teen, Tess and Linda end up clashing over different management styles. Ruth ends up making a stuttering return to the department. Sex offender Matthew is brought into the hospital after being attacked former victim's father. Adam is tempted to help him when he says he wishes he was dead especially after a talk with Matthew’s ashamed mother, Goldie. Mads is upset when she finds out that her new friend is the wife of her attacker. Brothers Michael and Daniel are due in court. Daniel is has asbestos poisoning and is dying, a condition brought on by working for the family business. Michael ends up taking action to stop Daniel from testifying. Dylan is fed up with the Clinical Decision Unit and wants more exciting and unusual problems to solve.

A pharmacy that is run by Rachel and Mendel is being terrorised by a local heroin addict who is desperate for fixes for himself and his girlfriend. Mendel ends up standing up to the man and ends up being stabbed. Rachel ends up adding a mysterious substance to the methadone with consequences that are revealed later. Dylan attempts to help street girl Becca by offering her a place to stay for the night. He ends up getting into serious trouble though after Jordan finds out that she's only 15.

Kirsty ends up managing to come to terms with her history of physical abuse. Ruth returns to work. Adam continues to be very overbearing at work. Now Story: Adam starts to find his medical misdemeanours catching up with him. Kirsty ends up making a life-changing decision after an encounter with a patient.

Haven Season 2 Episode 3 - Love Machine

Deep in the heart of Maine, Haven is a town where people with supernatural abilities have migrated for generations because it mutes their powers, allowing them to lead normal lives. At least, until recently. When hot-shot FBI agent Audrey Parker is called to Haven to solve the murder of a local ex-con, she catches the killer but uncovers a much deeper mystery about this town. Each week, as the town-peoples’ dormant powers begin to express themselves, Audrey will try to keep these supernatural forces at bay while unraveling the many mysteries of Haven - including one surrounding her own surprising past in this extraordinary place.

Prev Episode: The Biblical Plagues of Egypt strike Haven, while Audrey deals with a woman who claims that she is Audrey Parker and Nathan copes with the death of his father. Meanwhile, Reverend Driscoll begins his plan to take control of Haven and eliminate the Troubled. A duplicate Audrey Parker arrives in Haven amid a series of bizarre events that are similar to Biblical plagues in the Season 2 premiere.

People start seeing their worst fears, and Nathan and Audrey realize that the visions are tied to the theft of a puzzle board that can destroy Haven. Meanwhile, the new Audrey tries to track down the mysterious FBI Agent Howard and learns of his connection to the late Chief Wournos. The residents of Haven have their worst fears come to life while Nathan's "trouble" seems to vanish.

Torchwood Season 4 Episode 4 - Escape to L.A.

Air date: 7/29/2011 on Starz. Captain Jack Harkness, the former Time Agent and con man from the 51st century last seen traveling with the Doctor, ventures to early 21st century Cardiff. There, he becomes a member of Torchwood Institute, a renegade criminal investigation group founded by Queen Victoria to battle hostile extraterrestrial and supernatural threats.

Prev Story: The failed execution of a convicted murderer and pedophile marks the beginning of "Miracle Day." Across the globe, people become immortal, mysteriously incapable of dying no matter what the circumstances. At the same time, a mysterious email draws the CIA's attention to the Torchwood Institute.

Agent Rex Matheson travels to Wales to find the last known surviving member of Torchwood. Meanwhile, the world's population begins to realize the consequences on a planet of ultimately limited resources where no one dies and 500,000 children are born each day.

After the team are reunited, Jack ends up realising that he is now the most vulnerable person on the planet. A trip to America by plane ends up turning into a desperate battle to stay alive. The Torchwood team find themselves on the run and end up discovering a new enemy. As they attempt to launch a raid on PhiCorp headquarters, Jack has to confront Oswald Danes.

Now Story: The team travel to California, where a trap is waiting as they continue their fight against PhiCorp. Oswald and Jilly have to face an enemy of their own.
